1What is the Refund Policy?
You are eligible for a refund ONLY on the Pibox Hardware only. There is a 30 Day manufactures warranty on full refunds. After the 30 Day warranty has expired you may request an exchange if their is defective problem with the hardware. You must send in a ticket and work with support first in order to determine if the product is defective.
Please note: There is no refund on the Technical Support Plans as they are monthly subscriptions that you may cancel at anytime and you will not be billed for any future months.
